There is a lot of technique involved with arm wrestling. Form, position, angles of wrist and thumb, etc. Forearm, wrist, and hand strength are also vital to winning in the sport. A sport with an exact amalgamation of skill, strength, tactics, strategy, and analysis. These skills are integral to carving a successful career in the industry.

The Arm-Wrestling Competition organized in IPS COLLEGE as a part of the ongoing Sports Week also witnessed students employing various strategies after analyzing the strength of each other and planning hard to overcome the natural strength and skills each might possess.

The main event was followed by a Fun Activity entitled the ‘Match-stick Challenge’ – which was a test of creativity, and spontaneity in a specified period.

Dinesh of BCA Third Year played like a true champion and won both the Arm Wrestling and Matchstick challenge. Every participant demonstrated positivity and determination. Keep their energies high and enjoyed every moment of event.
